About Us
We started this company in 1991 and since then we have been consistent and committed to our mission of creating a professional coaching center for Skating. We are now looking forward to our visionary of expanding this Company to a new dimension. When started this company with just 5 skating savvy kids, and now we have reached to more than 2000 skating savvy kids in Chennai.
We already have many branches in and around the city and are planning to expand this company by bringing new changes and flexible benefits to our students with the latest Equipments and having best trainers to train them in the professional way.
Over the years, we have participated in several District, State and National Level Meets, and we have formed a team of 20 skaters who have participated and won many of the events. We are proud to have such skaters with us. Even we have national level skaters as our Trainers who not only train students but also evaluate their ability and help them build their confidence level.
Can Do
Encourage a skating culture in your neighbourhood. For your child's next birthday, have a rollerskating theme. Have the party outdoors, and encourage children to wear rollerskates. You could also try and teach your child's friends skating. You will be amazed with the speed at which a skating culture can catch on. Before long, your child will be skating with a huge group of friends.
Do learn the basic skills of roller skating before wearing rollerblades in public areas. This means knowing how to stop, turn, slow down etc. Avoid any sort of incline until you are confident you can control your speed without ploughing into a crowd of shoppers.
Choose a path that is paved and wide enough for you and other people to use. A flat surface is best to learn on, and when you become more skating expert, you can incorporate some stunts.
Do a 5 minutes warm up, before you start skating, this would help you the strengthen your legs and arms.
Need not Do
Falling while roller skating is rarely as dangerous as falling while cycling. Make sure your child does not skate in an area where cars are passing. Certain parking lots are safe however; you would be the best judge.
Do not skate anywhere you have not tracked on foot first. You want to be certain the pavement is free of debris, gravel, cracked uneven slabs etc. Doing a mad skating down the high street is not only dangerous for you but also it is dangerous for those jumping out of your way.
Do not skate backwards without looking behind you, so that you do not hurt yourself or meet up with an accident.
If you are in beginners stage, do not try to take any risk before you are too confident, as it would lead to a major or minor injury.
About Skating
Roller skating is never out of trend. Kids, teens and adults enjoy this type of sport. The good thing about skating is that no specific season is needed.
Easy
Skating is easy to learn, all it takes is practice. Most children pick up skating within a day. Elbow and knee pads protect your child against bruises and scratches
Solo Activity
Your child does not need company for roller skating. All they need is a pair of skates, and the right mood. They can strike out whenever they want and skate around the block or around the building compound on their own. If your child is skating in a public place it is best that they are accompanied, for safety purposes.
Economical
Sports like tennis are extremely enjoyable as well, but they do require tennis rackets, balls, court fees, coach fees, and are not very light on the pocket. True, they are worth the investment, but until then, rollerblading is a great way to keep your child active and involved in a sporting activity. Skates are relatively inexpensive.
Exercise
Roller staking is great exercise for your child, so if your child spends a lot of time in front of the television or doing their homework, this is a fun way to get them to move around a little. It also strengthens the legs.
Balance
Teaching your skating indicates a sense of balance in your child, which will hold them steady later on. They will be able to pick up other skills that require balance like cycling, skateboarding or rollerblading, faster. This ability increases their confidence, and also opens opportunities for various other sports and activities, making them more sports-minded and athletic.
Extracurricular activity
Roller skating can make for a great extra curricular activity. It is a skill that not every child knows, and this in itself can be a source of confidence for your child. It is also a lot of fun, and most children love roller skating.
