Services once paid for cannot be cancelled. No refunds and return requests will be entertained in this regard.
In the unfortunate event that you are unable to avail of our services after payment, if you wish to transfer the services to another individual, please write to us at skatingvijay@gmail.com. The person you nominate would be expected to come in with a printed copy of the email sent to us by you, as well as a valid photo ID proof.
